DAY1 : HOT OFF THE GRILL

Yes, we are on grilled marathon.   As promised to my niece, grilled fish will be served for days because she has been eating meat for days and she does not like it much.  And this is Day One!  Grilled fish  like Milkfish and "Tilapia" ,as locally known, are her favorites.  They were stuffed with diced tomatoes, onion and scallions.  Dashed with salt and pepper.


Then served with soy sauce and calamansi for dippings.  She loves eating grilled fish with her bare hands. She is good taking out even tiny fishbones.  She likes it more than any meat.  So if we are out dining we always see to eat she gets those or else we will be all eating just burgers or spaghetti.
