Beef Bulalo is a stew made from beef brisket, shanks and marrow bones. Boiled to tender and added with vegetables like cabbage, corn on a cob, potatoes and spring onions. Typical beef Bulalo soup is well know in the country mostly in areas of Tagaytay and Batangas.
