WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: SPICY KINGFISH IN COCOMILK



Here's a  quick to prepare and cook recipe.  A thicker slice of kingfish..fried.  Then saute minced garlic, onion, tomatoes and ginger.  Put back the fish then add coco cream. Then let it simmer for a few minutes then squeeze in lemon and dash a little of fish sauce to taste. Top with slices of red chillies, jalapenos,lemongrass  and pak choy when almost cooked.  I can not wait 'til i taste this one.
