WHAT'S COOKIN' SEAN?: FISH HEAD & FILLET SOUP

Live Blogging!

Friday Night, we were already talking on what to do or eat over the weekend. It is the usual thing we talk about especially if Sean is bored with the usual menu. He had the afternoon off today, Saturday, so decided to go market for the fish soup we talked about last. He was not that excited to go market 'til we decided to have this soup. The original recipe is Fish head soup, but told him to put fish fillet as well. Live Blogging! Friday Night, we were already talking on what to do or eat over the weekend. So,  for this soup he used fried cod fish head and fillet, young Gai choy (Chinese Mustard), tomato wedges, noodles, evaporated milk (He used the creamy one for this recipe), soft tofu, toasted garlic and chili for toppings.
